| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析老年人髌骨骨折的特点及应用镍钛-聚髌器治疗老年人髌骨骨折的疗效.方法 1998年8月至2004年6月,共收治52 例老年髌骨骨折患者,按手术方式分为镍钛-聚髌器组（30 例）与非镍钛-聚髌器组（22 例）,对比术后石膏固定率与疗效评价优良率.结果镍钛-聚髌器组术后石膏固定率低于非镍钛-聚髌器组,疗效评价优良率高于非镍钛-聚髌器组.结论 a）老年人髌骨骨折的常见类型为粉碎性骨折;b）镍钛-聚髌器应用于老年人髌骨骨折具有独特的优势.

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis retrospectively the characteristics of patellar fracture in elderly patients and the clinical effects of treatment with TiNi Patellar concentrator.Methods From August 1998 to June 2004,52 cases of patellar fracture in elderly patients were divided into TiNi Patellar concentrator group(30 cases) and non TiNi Patellar concentrator group(22 cases).The ratio of postoperative plaster support and excellent curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The ratio of postoperative plaster support was lower and the ratio of excellent curative effect was higher in TiNi Patellar concentrator group than the other group.Conclusion a)The patellar fracture in elderly patients is generally comminuted fractures;b) TiNi Patellar concentrator treated to patellar fracture in elderly patients is an effective surgical method. |
