半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕68例

目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕疗效。方法]对68例使用半夏白术天麻汤加减,眩晕重者加胆南星,脾胃虚弱加党参、黄芪、薏苡仁、山药,呕吐者加代赭石、生姜,胸闷不舒加瓜蒌、薤白。1剂/d,水煎400mL,分2次温服。4周为1疗程,治疗1疗程(28d)随访2月判定疗效。结果]痊愈26例,显效31例,好转7例,无效4例,总有效率94.12%。结论]半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗痰浊上蒙型眩晕疗效肯定,经济实用,患者容易接受,值得临床推广应用。

Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the Treatment of Phlegm Covered Type of Vertigo in 68 cases

Objective] To observe Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of phlegm covered type of vertigo patients.Methods] 68 cases using Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,vertigo or with the star,the weakness of spleen and stomach with dangshen,astragalus,coix seed,Chinese yam,vomiting with ochre,ginger,tightness in the chest,not Shu Jia Gualou xiebai.Agent 1 / day,400mL water decoction,2 clothes.4 week for 1 courses,1 courses of treatment(28 days) follow-up of February to determine efficacy.Results] 26 cases were cured,31 cases,7 cases were improved,4 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 94.12%.Conclusion] Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of phlegm covered type dizziness curative effect,economy and practicality,acceptable to patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
