摘    要:腺苷(adenosine)是机体本身所存在的一种生物活性物质,有着较广泛的生物学效应。在免疫系统中,腺苷能够抑制机体中的许多免疫反应。近年来,许多实验发现,经腺苷处理了的人类外周血T淋巴细胞,有部份T细胞会丧失与绵羊红细胞(SRBC)形成玫瑰花的能力,而另一部份T细胞(主要部份)仍保持着与SRBC形成玫瑰花的能力。前者被

Abstract:T lymphocytes may be separated into adenosine-sensitive(Ts) and adenosine-resistant(Tr) fractions according to their ERFC-forming ability after incubation with 5 mM adenosine. We have tested the differentiation antigen of adenosine-sensitive and resistant fractions using monoclonal antibodies OKT4, OKT8. The results suggest that the Tr fraction is enriched for cells with OKT4 and that Ts fraction is enriched for cells with OKT8. Therefore, Ts and Tr may be two di-fferrent functional subpopulations.
