| 摘 要： | 本文测定了两个病区共53名克汀病患者的血清中促甲状腺激素、甲状腺激素及甲状腺球蛋白浓度。同时选非病区53名正常人做对照。两病区患者所测指标水平大部分在正常范围内。表明缺碘原因所致的克汀病经补碘后,缺碘状态可以改善,垂体甲状腺激素可恢复正常水平。 |

| Abstract: | The concentration of serum T_4,T_3,T_3B,FT_3,FT_4 TSH and Thyroglobulin (Tg)in 53 normals,31 endemic cretinism of Fangchen county and 20 of Luan-chuang county was measured by immunoradiometric assay(IRMA)and radio-immunoassay(RIA)respectively.The mean levels of serum TSH,T_3,FT_3and Tg in Fangchen county were higher than that of control group.The FT_4was lower than that of the control group.The result of hormone measuremen-ts was in the normal range in the greater part of subjects.It was showed thatthe function of the pituitary-thyroid axis in these endemic cretinisms couldbe converted into normal after adminstration of iodised salt. |
