NIDDM患者红细胞免疫功能的变化

目的探讨非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其在微血管病变中的作用。方法采用郭峰法检测３１例ＮＩＤＤＭ患者和３０名健康对照者的红细胞免疫功能。结果ＮＩＤＤＭ患者红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率和协同肿瘤红细胞花环率显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；红细胞免疫复合物花环率显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；有微血管病变者上述变化更为明显。结论ＮＩＤＤＭ患者红细胞免疫粘附功能降低，红细胞免疫功能降低可能是引起微血管病变的原因之一，也可能是ＮＩＤＤＭ患者易感染的重要原因。

THE STUDY OF RED CELL IMMUNE FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH NIDDM

Objective To study the red cell immune function in patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and the role of red cell immue function in microvascular diseases complicated with NIDDM. Methods With Guo Feng's method, the red cell immune function was measured in 31 patients with NIDDM and 30 healthy persons. Results The red C 3b receptor rossette rate and tumor cell-red cell rossette rate were significantly decreased in NIDDM group; The red cell immune complex rossette rate was sigmifficantly increased in NIDDM; The above-mentioned changes were more severe in NIDDM with microvascular disease than those without. Conclusions The function of red cell immune adherence decreased in NIDDM, Which may be related to the microvascular diseases. The decreased immune function of red cell may be the important reason why the patients with NIDDM are easy to catch infective disease.
