| 摘 要： | 目的探讨了５０例原发性青光眼病人的血液流变学变化。方法测定了原发性青光眼病人的全血粘度、血浆粘度及血细胞比容。结果原发性青光眼病人的全血粘度均较正常对照组显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论血液流变学因素参与了青光眼的发病过程，成为原发性青光眼发病的潜在因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The indexes of the blood rheology in 50 patients with primary glaucoma were discussed. Methods The whole blood viscosity, the plasma viscosity and the hematocrit of the patients with primary glaucoma were measured. Results The whole blood viscosity of the patients with primary glaucoma all raised significantly compared with that of the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion The blood rheology factor participated in the onset of primary glaucoma and became a potential cause of primary glaucoma. |
