超声介入引导孕囊内注射甲氨蝶呤治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床研究

目的 研究采用超声介入引导孕囊内注射甲氨蝶呤治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠.方法 选取2009年6月～2010年6月于该院治疗的13例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者,13例患者采用超声引导下注射甲氨蝶呤于孕囊内治疗,当B超结果显示包块周围血流信号消失,妊娠包块缩小,采用吸引术吸出孕囊.结果 13例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者均成功结束分娩,避免了常规人工流产术的大量出血、子宫切除,保留患者生育能力,提高患者的远期生活质量.结论 经超声引导下向孕囊内注射甲氨蝶呤可有效治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠,减少出血,避免切除患者子宫,保留患者生育能力.

Hysteroscopy managed scar pregnancies after lacal methotrexate treatment

【Objective】 To study the effect of hysteroscopy to manage scar pregnancies after lacal methotrexate treatment.【Method】 Select 13 patients with scar pregnancies between June 2009 and June 2010.All of the patients were operated methotrexate injection into fertilized egg,when B-type hysteroscopy showed that blood signal surrounding mass were fading,the mass was shrunk.After all of those,took negative pressure drainage to end the pregnancies.【Results】 All of 13 patients who were diagnosed to be scar pregnancy ended pregnancies successfully.And the methotrexate injected into fertilized egg avoided traditional negative pressure drainage’s considerable blood loss,resection uterine,held back the patients’ fertility improve the quality of life.【Conclusions】 Injection of methotrexate into scar pregnancy patient’s fertilized egg through B-type hysteroscopy could end scar pregnancy successfully.It can reduce blood loss,avoid resection uterine,and retain fertility.
