腹部闭合性损伤患儿的护理131例

目的探讨小儿腹部闭合性损伤的观察和护理方法。方法对我院1993年1月-2005年1月收治的腹部闭合性损伤131例患儿住院期间的护理情况进行回顾性分析，总结护理及观察要点。结果闭合性单纯腹腔脏器损伤90例；伴发腹外脏器损伤41例。非手术治疗109例，手术治疗22例。住院期问无并发症及死亡发生，131例患儿均痊愈出院。结论对于腹部闭合性损伤的护理观察重点是动态观察有无伴发内脏损伤及腹外脏器损伤，并将非手术治疗与手术治疗指征有效地应用于患儿护理观察过程中，为医生及时动态地提供有效的观察结果，以便采取相应的治疗措施。

Nursing about 131 children with closed abdominal injury

Objective To explore and observe the nursing of the children with the closed abdominal injury. Methods Using a retrospective analysis in 131 children with closed abdominal injury in our hospital from January 1993 to January 2005, sumafize the nursing points Results 109 got nonoperative treatment and the rest had an operation. No complications and death had happened in the duration of hospital stay. All 131 patients were full recovered. Conclusion The points of nursing the children with the closed abdominal injury are to developed observe continuously, to make sure whether the injury was combined with other damages of the organs or out of the abdominal cavity. Furthermore, use the indication of nonoperative treatment and operation therapy into the attending process, which can provide effective information and index to the doctor, and then make doctor use corresponding methods to gain satisfactory results.
