Analysis on the innovative training model of master degree postgraduates in clinical medicine under the concept of medical education collaboration
Abstract:Cultivating high-quality talents is the core element of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and building an innovative country.It is an important combination of the first productive force of science and technology,the first resource of talents,and the first driving force of innovation.Without a strong graduate education,there would be no strong national innovation system.Medical-education collaboration is a major reform of clinical medical education in my country,and it is the main mode of current clinical professional postgraduate training.This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of our school from the curriculum setting,teaching method,rotation arrangement and rotation quality,instructor responsibility system,scientific research,and clinical collaboration.It also summarizes the reform experience and enlightenment of the development of the training model in terms of curriculum teaching and scientific research ability,standardized training,etc.It is proposed that under the background of medical education collaboration,the next training direction will provide an objective and quantitative basis for the cultivation of professional degree graduate students.And this paper explores the current training methods of clinical medicine masters combining this school and related teaching hospitals,in order to improve the quality of clinical medicine master''s degree postgraduate training,establish a reasonable monitoring mechanism,and further provide a favorable reference for the training of clinical medicine professional degree postgraduates to promote the construction of a healthy China,play an active role in promoting and provide strong support.
