Abstract:Purpose To explore the role of potential core genes in dedifferentiated liposarcoma related to malignant biological behaviors.Methods The expression datasets of GSE21122 and GSE52390 were obtained by gene expression omnibus(GEO)database,and the differentially expressed genes were screened by GEO2R.The differentially expressed genes were analyzed by Gene Oncology(GO)gunction,Kyoto Encyclopediaof Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis and protein-protein interaction network analysis,then potential core genes were screened by Cytoscape.Results A total of 68 differentially expressed genes according to adjusted P<0.05,|LogFC|≥2 were screened,of which 10 genes were up regulated and 58 genes were down regulated.GO function enrichment analysis indicated that differentially expressed genes mainly involved in biological process related to metabolism and energy pathway.Pathway enrichment analysis showed that differentially expressed genes were mostly enriched in Adipocytokine signaling pathway,AMPK signaling pathway,PPAR signaling pathway and regulation of lipolysis in adipocytes.The protein-protein interaction analysis found that 10 potential core genes were selected including LEP,ADIPOQ,SCD,PLIN1,LPL,CAV1,PNPLA2,LIPE,CEBPA and CIDEA.Conclusion Down regulated of potential core genes in dedifferentiated liposarcoma plays an important role in the malignant biological behaviour of dedifferentiated liposarcoma,which lays the foundation for further study of molecular mechanisms and therapeutic targets in dedifferentiated liposarcoma.
