中国癌症患者癌因性疲乏影响因素的meta分析

目的:探讨中国癌症患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)的影响因素。方法:计算机检索数据库PubMed、Embase、Web of Science及CNKI、CBM、Wan Fang、VIP,搜索建库至2020年3月31日的有关中国癌症患者CRF影响因素的相关文献,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行分析。结果:本研究共纳入21篇文献,纳入4005例癌症患者。性别、TNM分期、血红蛋白、白细胞与CRF的发生有关(P<0.05或P<0.01);学历、不良反应程度、职业状况、婚姻状况、TNM分期及年龄与CRF的严重程度有关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:女性、高TNM分期、低血红蛋白、低白细胞是CRF发生的危险因素;高学历、中重度不良反应、不在职、非已婚、高TNM分期、高龄是CRF严重程度的危险因素。

Influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue among Chinese cancer patients:A systematic review and meta-analysis

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue(CRF)among Chinese cancer patients.Methods:The databases of PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,CBM,Wan Fang and VIP were searched for articles about the influencing factors of CRF among Chinese cancer patients published from the establishment of the database to March 31,2020.A meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:21 studies were included involving 4005 cancer patients.The results showed that sex,TNM stage,Hb and WBC were associated with the occurrence of CRF(P<0.05 or P<0.01);educational background,degree of adverse reactions,occupational status,marital status,TNM stage and age were associated with the severity of CRF(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Female,high TNM stage,low Hb and low WBC are the risk factors of CRF.High education,moderate and severe adverse reactions,off duty,non-marriage,high TNM stage and old age are the risk factors for the severity of CRF.
