| Abstract: | Establishment and improvement of modern hospital management system is an objective requirement for deepening the public hospital reform and advancing the modernization of hospital governance system and governance capabilities.This article described the practice of a public hospital,in accordance with the requirements of modern hospital management system construction,focusing on improving the governance system,strengthening precise management and control,reengineering service processes and enhancing brand strength,to improve the economic operation efficiency and brand influence of the hospital.It provides useful reference for improving model hospital management system to other hospitals. |
