| Abstract: | Objective:To study the detection rate of arrhythmia by long-term Holter,and to avoid unnecessary missed diagnosis.Methods:The clinical data of patients receiving 24 h Holter and long-term Holter from August 1,2017 to November 30,2019 in Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among 205 people,the detection rate of total arrhythmia by long-term Holter was significantly higher than that by 24 h Holter(91.20%vs 74.10%,P<0.05).The detection rates of atrial tachyarrhythmias,paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,frequent ventricular premature beat,etc.by long-term Holter were higher than those by 24 h Holter(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Long-term Holter has more advantages than 24 h Holter in the detection rate of sporadic and transient arrhythmia,which can reduce missed diagnosis. |
