党建与业务工作融合的现实思考

党建与业务工作融合,既是党建工作的宗旨要求,也是业务发展的基本路径。党建与业务的融合是当今国情党情下事业高质量发展的保证,是新时代中国特色社会主义现代化的必要之路。现实医学科研单位中党建与业务“两张皮”的现象不同程度存在,严重制约影响事业高质量的发展。党中央高度重视,多次发文作出明确指示,给予党建与业务的融合指明了方向,提供了基本遵循。基于此,为了做好党建高质量引领事业发展,党建更好地促进事业高质量发展,本文从强化党建与业务工作融合的思想认识、学习交流、制度建设、队伍建设、监督保障等五个方面出发,探究医学科研单位党建与业务融合的可行性路径,将两者的融合往实里走、往深里走、往心里走。

The integration of party building and business work is not only the purpose and requirement of party building work,but also the basic path of business development.The integration of party building and business is the guarantee for the high-quality development of the cause under the current national and party conditions,and is the necessary path for the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In reality,the phenomenon of "two skins" between party building and business in medical scientific research units exists to varying degrees,which severely restricts the high-quality development of the cause.The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to it and has issued clear instructions on many occasions,pointing out the direction for the integration of party building and business and providing basic follow-up.Based on this,in order to do a good job in high-quality party building leading the development of the cause,and to better promote the high-quality development of the cause,this article focuses on strengthening the ideological understanding of the integration of party building and business work,learning exchanges,system building,team building,supervision and guarantee,explores the feasibility path of the integration of party building and business in medical scientific research units,and takes the integration of the two into the real,deep,and heart.
