医学生实习前临床综合技能培训调查分析

目的：调查医学生临床综合技能培训现状，探讨如何进一步提高培训效果。方法：发放回顾性调查表，对临床医学专业同学及带教老师进行问卷调查。结果：多数老师和学生对现行临床技能培训表示认可，能有效引导同学提高临床实践能力，同时培养临床思维、创新意识。结论：实习前进行临床技能培训，对提高临床综合素质具有重要的意义。

Investigation analyses about preclinic training of medical sudents

Objective To improve the clinic synthetical skill training effect.Method Dinstributing retrospective questionnaire to the teacher and the medicine students.Result Most of teachers and students agree that it can efficiently improve the studnets' ability of clinical practice.Meanwhile,it can also cultivate clinical thinking and an innovative consciousness.Conclusion The applications of the clinical synthetical skill training plays an important role in medical students learning.
