菏泽市大学生健康相关行为现况调查

目的了解大学生健康相关行为的流行状况,为制定预防控制及健康促进措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,随机抽取菏泽医学专科学校、菏泽学院的医学、理科、文科等专业3个年级共992名大学生为研究样本,用全国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷（大学）对调查对象的健康相关行为进行测量。结果大学生每天吃早餐率73.2%,经常参加体育运动的学生仅占27.6%,86.8%的学生感到孤独,想过自杀的学生占17.5%,吸烟率为27.3%,饮酒率为54.6%,网络成瘾倾向率为17.8%,12.7%的大学生有过性行为。结论大学生健康相关行为有待进一步改善,应加强大学生的健康教育,促进健康行为,倡导科学的生活行为方式,提高认识,完善措施,全面提高大学生身心健康水平。

Survey on health-related behavior of college students in Heze city

Objective To understand college students＇ prevalent situation of health-related behaviors,and provide scientific evidence for developing prevention and control and health promotion measures.Methods Cluster sampling method was adopted.992 students in third year of Heze Medical College and Heze University of medicine,science,arts and other majors were selected as the study samples randomly.Using the healthrelated behavior questionnaire（University） of national adolescent measures health-related behavior of the investigation objects.Results 73.2 percent of the college students had breakfast every day;Only 27.6 percent of students participated in sports regular;86.8 percent of students felt lonely;17.5 percent of students thought about committing suicide;smoking rate of students was 27.3%;drinking rate was 54.6%;Internet addiction rate was 17.8%;12.7 percent of college students had had sex.Conclusion Students＇ health-related behavior need to be further improved,health education of university students should be strengthened to promote healthy behavior,and advocate scientific life behavior,raise awareness,perfect measures,and improve physical and mental health of university students comprehensively.
