| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝门部胆管癌的减黄方法,方法：总结1992年5月－1999年5月对无法切除的肝门部胆管癌行桥式胆肠内引流术21例,肝管十二指肠引流9例,左肝管胃窦引流5例,右,左肝管十二指肠,胃窦引流7例,观察手术前,术后血转氨酶,谷胺酰转肽酶,碱性磷酸酶和总胆红素的变化。结果：手术前后血转氨酶,谷胺酰转肽酶,碱性磷酸酶和血清胆红素均有明显下降（P＜0．01）,结论：桥式胆肠内引流术是一种简单,安全,有效的减黄方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore methods to reduce the jaundice of hilar bile duct carcinoma.Methods To sum up 21 cases of Irremovable hilar bile duct carcinoma with bile-jejunum bridage-drainage which were hospitalized between May 1992 and May 1999 in our hospitae including 9 cases of right hepatic duct-duodenum bridgedrainage,5 cases of left hepatic duct-gastric antrum bridgedrainage and 7 cases of both bridge-drainges.Changes of GPT, GOT,r-GT,AKP and TBIL level before and after drainages were calculated.Results GPT,GOT,r-GT,AKP and TBLL Level reduced significantly after drainages(P<0.01).Conclusions Bile-jejunum bridge-drainege is a simple,safe and effective method to reduce jaundice. |
