改良保留灌肠法对溃疡性结肠炎患者疗效的研究

目的探讨应用保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎更好的方法。方法选择2010年12月～2011年12月住院符合条件的溃疡性结肠炎患者200例,随机分为观察组与对照组各100例。两组均采用相同的药物治疗,保留灌肠14d。观察组采用改良保留灌肠法,对照组采用传统保留灌肠法。结果观察组和对照组的灌肠药物保留时间分别为(7.02±1.89)h和(5.23±2.11)h,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);两组患者灌肠后腹泻、腹痛、脓血便、血沉和C反应蛋白均较之前好转(P<0.05);灌肠后观察组腹痛、腹泻、脓血便症状和C反应蛋白积分较对照组减轻,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),两组患者灌肠后的血沉积分差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论改良保留灌肠法操作方便,能尽可能避免因保留灌肠前肠道清洁准备不足而导致的疗效差异,改善患者症状,值得临床推广应用。

Study on the effectiveness of improved retention enema for patients with ulcerative colitis

Objective To study a practical and effective improved retention enema method for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis. Method 200 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were using the same drug treat- ment, retention enema for 14 days. The observation group was treated with improved retention enema, while the control group used the traditional retention enema. Result The drug retention time of the observation group （7.02 ± 1.89）h was significantly higher than that of control group （5.23±2.11） h （P〈0.05）. The symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloody stool, ESR and creative protein in two groups were improved than before （P〈 0.05）. After retention enema, the scores of diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloody stool and CRP were significantly different between two groups（P〈 0.05）; though no statistic difference was found in ESR. Conclusion The improved retention enema was convenient in operating and avoiding the differences in efficacy because of the unsuitable intestinal preparation . It was so effective in improving patients＇ symptoms and signs. It＇s worthy of clinical application.
