| 摘 要： | 阿尔茨海默病（AD）是老年人群痴呆的主要病因,本文就目前阿尔茨海默病的主要生物学指标进行综述,包括淀粉样蛋白及β淀粉样蛋白、Tau蛋白、APOEε4与apoE蛋白、炎症因子以及神经递质等有助于预测AD的发病风险并作出早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Alzheimer＇ s disease （AD） is the most common dementia in older people. In thiS paper main biomakers on the present alzhelmer s dlseas were reviewed, including amyloid precursor protein, amyloid β-peptides, Tau protein, APOE epsilon4 , apoE protein, inflammatory factor, and neurotransmitters, etc, in order to help to predict the risk of klzheimer and make the early diagnosis. |
