姜黄胶囊降糖调脂作用实验研究

摘    要:目的观察姜黄胶囊对糖尿病高脂血症实验大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)及血脂的影响。方法将40只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,即正常对照组、模型组、西药对照组及姜黄胶囊组,每组各10只。模型组、西药对照组及姜黄胶囊组予链脲佐菌素(STZ)50 mg/(kg.d)腹腔注射1次,建立大鼠糖尿病模型。正常对照组予等容积0.1 mol/L柠檬酸缓冲液腹腔注射1次。然后模型组、西药对照组及姜黄胶囊组大鼠予高糖高脂饲料喂养,正常对照组予正常饲料喂养,同时姜黄胶囊组予0.6 g/(kg.d)姜黄胶囊混悬液灌胃,西药对照组予盐酸二甲双胍片0.25 g/(kg.d)、辛伐他汀胶囊1.67 mg/(kg.d)混悬液灌胃,正常对照组及模型组予等容积0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃,连续4周。测定各组造模后及用药后FPG变化情况,各组胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果模型组、西药对照组及姜黄胶囊组造模后FPG与正常对照组比较均明显升高(P<0.01);用药后西药对照组及姜黄胶囊组FPG与模型组比较均明显下降(P<0.01),且与本组造模后比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01);西药对照组与姜黄胶囊组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模型组TC、TG及LDL-C与正常对照组比较均明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,西药对照组及姜黄胶囊组TC、TG、LDL-C明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C明显升高(P<0.05),且姜黄胶囊组TG明显低于西药对照组(P<0.01)。结论姜黄胶囊具有显著的降糖调脂作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of Curcuma capsules on the blood glucose and hyperlipodemia in the experimental diabetic hyperlipodemia rats. Methods 40 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group, model group, western medicine group and Curcuma capsules group. Rats in model group, western medicine group and Curcuma capsules group received 50 mg/(kg, d) streptozotocin (STZ) with intra- peritoneal injection to produce diabetic rat model. Normal control group received the same volume of 0.1 mol/L citrate buffer by intraperitoneal injection. Rats in model group, western medicine group and Curcuma capsules group were fed by forage with high glucose and high fat for 4 weeks. Normal control group was fed by normal forage. Turmeric capsule group received 0.6 g/( kg · d) of the Curcuma capsule suspension orally, Western medicine group were treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets 0.25 g/( kg · d) and simvastatin capsules 1.67 mg/( kg · d) of suspension liquid garage, normal control group and model group were given same volume of 0.9% sodium chloride injection. FBG, TC, TG, HDL - C and LDL - C were measured at the end of experiment. Results Compared with normal control group, FPG in model group, western medicine group and Cureuma capsules group after the model was significantly increased (P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment FPG in western medicine group and Curcuma capsules group was significantly decreased as compared with model group ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was significant differenee between before and after treatment on FPG in western medicine group and Curcuma capsules group ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference betweenwestern medicine group and Curcuma capsules group on FPG after treatment (P 〉 0.05 ). TC, TG and LDL - C in model group was significantly increased as compared with that in normal control group (P 〈 0. 05). TC, TG and LDL - C in western medicine group and Curcuma capsules group was sig- nificantly decreased as compared with that in model group af-ter treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), HDL - C was obviously increased (P 〈 0.05 ). TG in Curcuma capsules group was signifi- cant lower than that in western medicine group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Curcuma capsules have certain effects of lowering blood glucose and cholesterol in the experimental diabetic hyperlipodemia rats.
