中医护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的干预效果研究

目的：观察中医护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的干预效果。方法：将84例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组同时给予中医护理,比较2组护理干预后生存质量评分及急性加重次数。结果：日常生活能力、社会活动情况、抑郁心理状况、焦虑心理观察组均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。急性加重次数观察组干预后及干预后3周时分别为（0.04±0.18）次、（0.42±0.51）次,对照组分别为（0.46±0.49）次、（0.46±0.52）次。干预后观察组急性加重次数明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,但干预后3个月时,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：中医护理有助于提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的生存质量,短期内可减少急性发作次数。

Intervention of TCM Nursing on the Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Acute Exacerbation Stage

Objective：To survey the intervention of TCM nursing on the patients suffering from chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease at acute exacerbation stage. Methods：Eighty-four patients were separated into the obser-vation group and the control group randomly, the control group were given with routine care and the observation group TCM care at the same time, the scales of life quality and the times of acute exacerbation in both groups were compared after nursing intervention. Results：The observation group was higher than the control group in daily living ability, social activity, depression and anxiety （P〈0.05）. Acute attack frequency of the observation group was （0.04±0.18） times after the intervention and （0.42±0.51） times in three weeks after the intervention, less than （0.46±0.49） times and （0.46±0.52） times of the control group respectively （P〈0.05）, there was insignificant difference in three months after the intervention （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：TCM nursing is helpful to improve life quality of the patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at acute exacerbation stage, and it could reduce the times of a-cute attack in short time.
