| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医体质调护在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法：将85例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组43例和对照组42例,对照组给予常规糖尿病护理,观察组根据体质分型结果进行个性化体质调护,观察比较2组患者干预前后血糖改善情况。结果：血糖改善情况干预后2组均明显优于干预前（P〈0.05）,观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对2型糖尿病患者根据体质分型结果进行个性化体质调护,能有效改善患者血糖。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effects of physique nursing applied to the patients with type two diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods：All 85 patients were randomly separated into 43 cases of the observation group and 42 cases of the control group. The control group were given with routine care of diabetes mellitus and the observation group individualized nursing, the improvements of blood glucose in both groups were compared and observed. Re-sults：The improvements of blood glucose after intervention were superior to these before intervention in both groups （P〈0.05）, the observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Individualized nursing is given to the patients according to the results of their physique, and it could effectively improve blood glucose of the patients. |
