糖化血红蛋白与性别和年龄的相关性分析

目的：探讨健康人糖化血红蛋白结果与性别和年龄的相关性。方法对386例健康成人糖化血红蛋白进行检测，男、女分别按23~39岁，40~49岁，50~59岁，60~69岁，70~91岁分组，组与组之间做多项方差分析。结果糖化血红蛋白在健康成人不同性别之间具有显著性差异，同性别糖化血红蛋白随年龄的变化而变化，二者具有明显的相关性。结论健康成人糖化血红蛋白的结果与性别和年龄有一定相关性，HbA1c值随年龄增加呈增长趋势；提示同一糖化血红蛋白结果对不同年龄人群临床指导意义不同。

Correlation analysis of glycosylated hemoglobin with gender and age

Objective To explore the correlation of health human glycosylated hemoglobin results with gender and age. Methods Measured 386 healthy adult hemoglobin, Male and female were respectively divided into 23~39 years, 40~49 years, 50~59 years, 60~69 years, 70~91 years old group according to age,the analysis on number of variance had been done between these groups. Results Healthy adults＆#39; glycated hemoglobin had significant difference between different gender,glycosylated hemoglobin in the same gender changed with age,and there was a significant correlation between them. Conclusion Healthy adults＆#39; glycosylated hemoglobin results have some correlation with gender and age ,HbA1c appears an increasing trend with in-creasing age. It means the same glycated hemoglobin results for different age groups have different clinical significance.
