二维超声与三维超声相结合对妊娠早期胎儿腭裂的诊断价值

摘    要:目的 探讨二维超声与三维超声相结合对妊娠早期胎儿腭裂的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析260例孕11+0~13+6周胎儿的颜面部及鼻后三角的二维超声及三维超声重建图像,后者包括三维断层超声成像( tomographic ul-trasound imaging,TUI)及透明模式成像。对比观察及分析颜面部腭及鼻后三角的完整性。结果二维超声及三维超声(断层超声成像及透明模式成像)均可获得颜面部正中矢状切面、冠状切面及横切面;可观察鼻后三角及腭的连续性。发现腭裂3例,漏诊1例。结论二维及三维超声相结合明显提高了鼻后三角及腭的显示率。观察腭及鼻后三角的连续性是否中断是诊断妊娠早期胎儿硬腭裂的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of the 2-dimensional ultrasound combined with 3-dimensional ultra-sound for the fetal cleft palate in the first trimester of pregnancy. Methods In the retrospective study, according to the 2-di-mensional ultrasound and 3-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction images (including tomographic ultrasound imaging and trans-parent mode imaging) of the face and retronasal triangle, 260 cases of fetuses at 11+0~13+6 gestational weeks were chosen as the object of study. Comparatively observed and analysed the continuity of the retronasal triangle and palate. Results Both 2-di-mensional ultrasound and 3-dimensional ultrasound(tomographic ultrasound imaging and transparent mode imaging) could obtain the images on the facial midsagittal plane, coronal and transverse section. Also they could observe the continuity of the retronasal triangle and palate. 3 cases of cleft palate fetus were found , 1 case was misdiagnosed. Conclusion 2-dimensional ultrasound combined with 3-dimensional ultrasound can significantly increase the display rate of retronasal triangle and palate. Observing the continuity of the retronasal triangle and palate is an important indicator of the diagnosis of early pregnancy fetal cleft palate.
