| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-6（IGFBP-6）在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例乳腺癌、30例乳腺纤维腺瘤、20例乳腺增生症组织IGFBP-6的表达。结果：乳腺癌、乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺增生症组织中IGFBP-6表达水平不同（P〈0.05）。乳腺癌组织IGFBP-6的表达与年龄、组织学类型无关（P〉0.05）,与肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）。结论：IGFBP-6可能在乳腺癌的发生发展过程中具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the expression ofinsulin-like growth factor binding protein-6（IGFBP-6） in breast cancer,and the relationship between IGFBP-6 expression and clinicopathological features of breast cancer.Methods：SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the IGFBP-6 expression in 60 cases breast cancer,30 cases breast fi broadenoma and 20 cases cyclomastopathy.Results：The expression of IGFBP-6 expression in breast cancer,breast fi broadenoma and cyclomastopathy was different（P 0.05）.In breast cancer,the IGFBP-6 expression had no relations with age and histological type（P 0.05）;but was related to size of tumor and lymph node（P 0.05）.Conclusions：IGFBP-6 may play important role in development of breast cancer. |
