培土生金法对气虚痰湿型肺癌化疗减毒增效的临床研究

目的：观察培土生金法对肺癌化疗减毒增效的临床疗效。方法：将80例肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。2组均给予化疗,治疗组在此基础上按培土生金法的原则组成汤药治疗。结果：有效率治疗组为95.00%,对照组为87.50%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组骨髓抑制、消化道反应和神经毒性等毒副反应明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;Karnofsky评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：培土生金法可抑制恶性肿瘤的进展,降低毒副反应,提高Karnofsky评分。

Clinical Study of Reinforcing Earth to Generate Metal Method on Reducing Toxicity and Enhancing Efficacy of Chemotherapy for the Patients with Lung Cancer of Qi Deficiency and Phlegm-damp Pattern

Objective：To survey clinical effects of reinforcing earth to generate metal method in reducing toxi-city and enhancing efficacy of the chemotherapy for the patients with lung cancer. Methods：Eighty patients were al-located to the treatment group and the control group randomly. Both groups were administered with chemotherapy, the treatment group took the decoction according to the principles of reinforcing earth to generate metal. Results：Ef-fective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, higher than 87.50%of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）;the treatment group was lower than the control group significantly in toxicity such as bone marrow arrest, gastrointestinal reactions and neurotoxicity;Karnofsky scales of the treatment group were higher than these of the control group remarkably （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Reinforcing earth to generate metal method could inhibit the pro-gression of malignant tumor, decrease toxicity and raise Karnofsky scales.
