癫痫脑内相关受体改变及其PET研究

摘    要:随着脑受体正电子放射性配体的相继研发,PET技术在癫痫相关受体研究中发挥了独特作用,目前癫痫脑内相关受体研究多集中在γ-氨基丁酸受体、乙酰胆碱受体、谷氨酸受体、多巴胺受体及阿片受体等方面。该文就癫痫脑内相关受体与PET研究进展进行综述,以期为临床提供更多的参考。

Abstract:Along with the research and development of some radioligands, PET had play an important role in the researches on receptor-related, especially for gamma-aminobutyricacid receptor,acetylcholine receptor, glutamic acid receptor, dopamine receptor and opioid receptor, et al. In this review,the advances of researches on the receptor-related changes and PET were summarized, so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment on epilepsy.
