| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨前纵隔形态变化在肺气肿诊断中的价值.方法选择100例符合慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)诊断标准的肺气肿患者,选择同期50例健康体检者行常规胸部CT扫描,测量前纵隔的前后径、前横径、后横径,对测量结果进行统计学分析.结果 100例肺气肿患者中,轻度肺气肿37例,中度41例,重度22例.肺气肿惠者纵隔前后径与肺气肿CT分级评分呈正相关(r=0.596,P＜0.01),前横径、后横径与肺气肿CT分级评分无相关性(r=0.2,P＞0.05).结论前纵隔形态变化能够反映肺气肿的程度,前纵隔前后径的改变可以作为评估肺气肿程度的影像学征象,为临床尽早诊断、治疗肺气肿提供更多依据. |
