| 摘 要： | 目的:考察赤雹茎叶中的化学成分.方法:采用试管法,通过多种指示荆和显色剂、沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步分析赤雹茎叶水提取物、乙醇提取物及石油醚萃取物中可能含有的化学成分.结果:赤雹茎叶中含有氨基酸、糖类、三萜皂苷类、酚类、有机酸类等成分.结论:赤雹茎茎叶的化学成分与赤雹根、赤雹果的化学成分基本相同.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents in stems and leaves of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge by preliminary test.Methods:The test tube method was used to preliminarily analyze the possible chemical constituents in water extraction,ethanol extraction and ligroin extraction of stems and leaves of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge.Results:The stems and leaves of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge contained amino acid,saccharide,triterpenoid saponin,phenols,organic acid and so on.Conclusions:The stems and leaves of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge have nearly the same chemical constituents as root and fruit of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge. |
