低分子肝素治疗肾病综合征临床疗效观察

目的:探讨低分子肝素治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效.方法:40例肾病综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例给予常规泼尼松治疗加用低分子肝素,对照组20例给予常规泼尼松治疗.检测两组患者的全血浆粘度、血栓形成系数、血小板聚集率,并统计两组患者的治疗总有效率.结果:治疗组患者治疗后的全血浆粘度、血栓形成系数、血小板聚集率明显低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01);治疗组的总有效率为90％,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05).结论:低分子肝素治疗肾病综合征效果较好.

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT HEPARIN IN TREATMENT OF NEPHROTIC SYNDROME

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of low molecular weight heparin in treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods:40 nephrotic syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups: patients in treatment group(20 cases) were treated with prednisone routinely combined low molecular weight heparin;patients in control group(20 cases) were treated with prednisone only.The whole plasma viscosity,thrombosis coefficient and platelet aggregation rate of patients in 2 groups were detected;and the total effective rate of 2 groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the whole plasma viscosity,thrombosis coefficient and platelet aggregation rate of patients in treatment group were obviously lower than that of patients in control group after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,which was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Low molecular weight heparin has better effects for treating nephrotic syndrome.
