地锦草槲皮素提取工艺研究

目的对地锦草的提取工艺进行研究。方法采用正交试验法,以槲皮素的含量为考察指标进行试验。结果用地锦草重量10倍量的体积分数为75%的乙醇作为提取溶剂,提取2 h,共提取3次为最佳方案。结论提取方法操作简单、方便,为地锦草槲皮素提取工艺的进一步研究提供了依据。

Optimized extraction conditions for triterpene acids of Herba euphorbiae Humifusae by orthogonal test

Objective Optimum extraction technology of triterpene acids of medicine Herba euphorbiae Humifusae was studied with orthogonal test.Method The experiment design of triterpene acids of herba euphorbiae humifusae was made using orthogonal from L9(34).The four factors,the data of alcohol concentration,extractive time;adding solvent volume and extractive times were selected,and the three levels from each of the four factors were chosen.Results The experiment results showed that optimum extractive technology of coarse powder of herba euphorbiae humifusae adding ten-time volume of 75% ethanol and then reflux extracting for 2.0 h and extracting 3 times was the best.Conclusion The method is simple,convenient,and this extraction procedure is helpful for further study of extraction technology of triterpene acids of Herba euphorbiae Humifusae.
