| 摘 要： | 目的：用中药防治肝癌栓塞化疗术（ｔｒａｎｓｃａｔｈｅｔｅｒ ａｒｔｅｒｉａｌ ｃｈｅｍｏｅｍｂｏｌｉｚａｔｉｏｎ，ＴＡＣＥ或ＴＡＥ）后的毒副反应。方法：中药组４４例患者在ＴＡＣＥ后连续服用清热柔肝的中药，对照组４６例患者在ＴＡＣＥ后，当出现中度发热、高热时、分别予以消炎痛、复方氨基比林或地塞米松，观察两组ＴＡＣＥ后毒副反应的情况。结果：中药组高热，中热、低热的发生率分别为２５％（１１／４４）、３６
