摘    要:
目的:利用ELEKTAiViewGT和其配套的Auto Cal软件验证MLC精度,以代替传统的胶片方法,证明Auto Cal软件是一种既方便,又准确可靠的方法。材料与方法:通过三种不同的方法(黑度计法、扫描仪法、iViewGT法)验证MLC的精度,分别验证三个项目:MLC与X方向铅门平行度、MLC的位置高度、MLC形成的射野与灯光野的一致性。结果:ELEKTAiViewGT配合Auto Cal软件的得出的数据和其他二种传统方法一致,都显示MLC精度在正常范围。结论:ELEKTAiViewGT在Auto Cal软件配合下可以非常准确、可靠、简单快捷的检验MLC的精度,并且直观的提示维修工程师如何调整机器参数设置。

Abstract:
Objective: To valide the precision of MLC by using ELEKTA iViewGT with Auto Cal sofeware to replace traditional film method.To prove Auto Cal software is a convenient,accurate and reliable method.Materials and methods:Through three different methods(black meters,scanners,iViewGT) verify the accuracy of MLC,testing three projects respectively:MLC and the X direction parallel lead door,the location of MLC,the consistency of the light field and the radiation Field.Results:The method of ELEKTA iViewGT with Auto Cal software and two kinds of traditional methods consistent show that the MLC accuracy in the normal range.Conclusion:ELEKTA iViewGT in coordination with Auto Cal software can be very accurate,reliable,simple and quick test the accuracy of MLC,and visual prompts maintenance engineers how to adjust the machine parameter settings.
