结构式团体心理治疗和舍曲林治疗产后抑郁症疗效的对照研究

目的：比较结构式团体心理治疗和舍曲林治疗产后抑郁症的疗效。方法将249例产后抑郁症患者随机分为两组，对照组124例，予以舍曲林治疗；治疗组125例，予以结构式团体心理治疗，治疗周期为3周，治疗前后分别用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale ，EPDS-10），人际问题问卷（Inventory of Inter-personal Problems ，IIP）、夫妻适应量表（Dyadic Adjustment Scale ，DAS）对两组患者用进行评估，最后对各项结果进行统计学分析。结果两组患者抑郁量表评分均显著低于治疗前（P＜0.01）；比较两组患者治疗前、后DAS和IIP的得分，结构式团体治疗组改善情况优于舍曲林治疗组（P＜0.01）。结论结构式团体心理治疗不仅能有效改善患者的抑郁症状，对改善患者人际关系和夫妻关系也有良好效果。

Control Study on the Efficiency of the Structural Group Psychological Therapy and Ser-traline on Postpartum Depression

Objectives To compare the efficiency of the structural group psychological therapy and sertraline treat-ment on the postpartum depression.Methods 249 postpartum depression patients were randomly divided into two groups ,with 124 patients of the control group receiving sertraline treatment and 125 patients from the treatment group receiving structural group psychological therapy. All patients were treated for 3 weeks and evaluated with Ed-inburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS-10) ,Inventory of Interpersonal Problems(IIP) ,Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS)before and after treatment.The results were analyzed statistically.Results Both groups scored lower in EP-DS-10 than that before treatment significantly(P<0.01);Comparison of patients’DAS and IIP scores before and af-ter treatment showed that patients receiving structural group psychological therapy achieved greater improvement than sertraline treatment group(P< 0.01).Conclusions Structural group psychological therapy can not only im-prove the patient’s depressive symptoms ,but also helps better their interpersonal and conjugal relationship.
