基于灰色关联度分析方法综合评价某市5家三级甲等医院病床利用情况

目的：结合多项指标综合评价医院的病床利用情况,为医院管理决策提供科学依据。方法采用灰色关联度分析方法对某市共5家三甲医院2014年病床利用效率进行综合评价。结果5家三甲医院病床利用效率的排序为 D 医院>A 医院>C 医院> E 医院>B 医院,D 医院最优,B 医院最低。结论应用灰色关联度分析方法综合各项指标,可客观反映同地区同等级各医院的床位利用情况；通过横向比较,有助于管理者就各医院彼此在床位管理上的差距积极探索改进措施。

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Bed Utilization in 5 Tertiary Hospitals in a City Based on Grey Relational Analysis

Objectives To provide scientific evidence for decision-making in the management of the hospital through a general evaluation of the bed utilization based on multi indicators.Methods The method of grey relational analysis was used to evaluate the bed utilization of 2014 in 5 tertiary hospitals in a city.Results The efficiency of bed utilization in 5 hospitals was ranked as D>C>B>E>A,with D hospital ranked the best and B hospital the low-est.Conclusions Grey relational analysis combining multi indicators can objectively reflect the bed utilization among different hospitals of same level from same district.Through horizontal comparison,it would be helpful for managers to seek improvement measures for narrowing the gap in bed management.
