苯那普利和氨氯地平对自发性高血压大鼠血压及左心肥厚的影响

目的：探讨苯那普利、氨氯地平及联合应用，对自发性高血压大鼠血压、左室肥厚的影响。方法：SHR大鼠24只，随机分为3个治疗组；分别给予苯那普利(Ben)、氨氯地平(Aml)以及苯那普利与氨氯地平(B A)联合治疗，治疗20周，年龄、性别配对的Wister大鼠作对照组。20周后测定收缩压和左心室重量，计算左心室重量指数。结果：两药联用能明显降低血压，改善左心肥厚，优于单剂用药；Ben组逆转左心室肥厚的效果优于Aml组。结论：两药联合治疗可降低SHR大鼠血压、逆转SHR大鼠心室肌肥厚(LVH)。

STUDY OF BENAZEPRIL AND AMLODIPINE IN THE OLD SPONTANEOUS HYPERTENSIVE RAT WITH LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY

Objective: To investigate the influence of benazepril and amlodipine on blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) in the spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR) . Methods: 24 SHR were divided into benazepril group(Ben SHR),amlodipine group(Aml SHR) and benazepril+amlodipine group(Ben+Aml SHR),they were given benazepril 10 mg once a day,amlodipine 10 mg once a day and benazepril+ amlodipine 10 mg respectively once a day,then systolic pressure,leftventricular mass and left ventricular mass indexes were examined after 20 weeks. Result:Compared with the controls at 20 weeks,systolic pressure were decreased in all the three groups(P<0.05 and P<0.01);heart weight were significantly lower in Ben group than in Aml group ,and compared with the two other groups,heart weight in the third group were lower significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: Benazepril+amlodipine can depress the systolic pressure and reverse heart hypertrophy in old SHR.
