老年阵发性心房颤动患者血浆脑钠肽水平的变化及临床意义

目的血浆脑钠肽（BNP）水平与老年阵发性心房颤动（房颤）的关系。方法采用荧光免疫法检测45例老年阵发性房颤患者发作期和转复期血浆BNP水平，并与30例健康对照组进行比较；心脏超声测定左房内径（LAD）和左室射血分数（LVEF）。结果房颤组发作期和转复期血浆BNP水平明显高于对照组（1P〈0．05），且发作期明显高于转复期，差异有显著性（P〈0．015）；房颤组发作期和转复期LVEF、LAD明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（均P〈0．05）。结论高浓度血浆BNP水平可能促进了房颤的发作，且两者与心房重构和心功能密切相关。

The changes and clinical significance of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide in the elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Objective To study the relationship between plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and the elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods The levels of plasma BNP in period of attack and cardioversion of the elderly patients with (AF)( n=45) were measured by immunofluorescence method ,and the tert results were compared with the healthy control group ( n = 30). Echocardiography was used to measure LAD and LVEF. Results The levels of plasma BNP in period of attack and cardioversion of AF group were significant higher than that in control group (P < 0. 05 ), and the period of attack was significant higher than that in the period of cardioversion(P < 0. 05); LVEF, LAD in period of attack and cardioversion of AF group were significant higher than that in control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion High concentrations of plasma BNP level may promote the attack of AF,and they are associated closely with atrial remodeling and cardiac function.
