共济失调为首发症状的毒蕈中毒1例

[背景 ]毒蕈中毒引起共济失调为首发症状的病例罕见 .[病例报告 ]以头晕、乏力及行走不稳为主诉的患者 1例 ,临床诊断为毒蕈中毒 ,给予控制抽搐、排除毒物、补充能量及纠正酸中毒等治疗 ,入院第 3d因病情恶化死亡 ,通过尸体检验发现主要死亡原因为心肌纤维断裂 .[讨论 ]应多积累毒蕈中毒所致的神经功能损害症状的病例 ,对快速诊断、早期治疗及降低病死率有帮助 .

One case of report of poisonous fungus poisoning with ataxia

BACKGROUNDIt is rarely seen that the fir st symptom of ataxia induced by the poisonous fungus poisoning and the death cause was confirmed by autopsy.CASE REPORTA patient w ith chief complaints of vertigo, tired and tabetic gait was administrated in hos pital by diagnosis of poisonous fungus poisoning and was treat with control conv ulsion, eliminate poison, add energy and correct acidosis. The patient was died after 3 days in hospital and the mainly cause of death was the cardiac muscle br oken by autopsy.DISCUSSIONIt must be take care of poisonous fungus poisoning with having the symptom of disordered nerve function in clini c and it is important to early diagnosis and treatment for the poisonous fungus poisoning.
