| 摘 要： | 确定泡囊狸殖的独立性。观察福建建瓯市蟹体中发现的泡囊狸殖囊蚴和以之感染家猫获得的成虫。比较斯氏狸殖、泡囊狸殖囊蚴与成虫等形态、结构特征。建瓯市蟹体内泡囊狸殖感染率为 2 0 .51 % ( 2 4 / 1 1 7) ,以 1 2个囊蚴感染 1只家猫 ,68天后解剖 ,在肺脏检及 6只成虫 ,经比较 ,成虫同斯氏狸殖无明显差别 ,而囊蚴同斯氏狸殖囊蚴有显著差别。由于泡囊狸殖斯氏狸殖囊蚴差异明显 ,所以泡囊并殖具独立性 |

| Abstract: | Confirm the independence of P.veocularis. The separation of metacercariae from crabs and to infect the animal then to observe the adult from the animal in Jianou City,Fujian province.Comparison in morphology of metacercariae and adult worms of P.veocularis and P.skrjabini. The infection rate was 20 51%(24/117) with metacercaria in crabs.A cat infected with 12 metacercarisae of P.veocularis , was killed after 68 days,6 adult worms were found in lungs,they are similar to P.skrjabini, but there is significant difference between metacercariae of P.veocularis and P.skrjabini (to see able 1). There are obvious difference between metacercariae of P.veocularis from P.skrjabini the P.veoculais is independence. |
