| 摘 要： | 目的总结外科治疗阴茎折断的经验。方法报告5年来笔者所在医院收治的8例阴茎折断临床资料。8例均为阴茎海绵体破裂,4例行彩色多普勒超声检查,均发现海绵体破裂口。所有患者均急诊行阴茎血肿清除加白膜修补术治疗。结果1例出现尿瘘,对症处理后痊愈,余7例术后恢复均顺利。8例患者随访6～60个月,均无阴茎弯曲、硬结和成角,无勃起疼痛及勃起功能障碍。结论阴茎折断的诊断主要依据典型病史和临床表现,彩色多普勒超声是诊断阴茎折断的有效辅助检查;急诊手术治疗效果良好,应该列为首选。

| Abstract: | Objective To summary the experience of surgical treatment of the penile fracture. Methods The 8 cases of the penile fracture for 5 years recently admitted in author's hospital. Injury involved corporeal rupture in all of the 8 cases,the chinks were discovered by Doppler ultrasound in 4 cases.
