醒脑静注射液辅助治疗病毒性脑炎的疗效观察及护理

目的:观察醒脑静注射液治疗病毒性脑炎的疗效。方法:病毒性脑炎72例病人随机分为:治疗组40例,对照组32例。对照组按病情给予脱水利尿等降颅压、激素、抗炎、抗病毒及营养脑神经等常规治疗;治疗组则在此基础上加用醒脑静注射液20ml加入0.9%生理盐水100ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程15d。结果:经一个疗程治疗后,治疗组治愈率75.0%,对照组34.4%,治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),两组疗效比较经Ridit分析,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:使用醒脑静注射液治疗病毒性脑炎是安全有效的。

Clinical Study and Nursing of the Effects of Xingnaojing Zhusheye on Patients with Viral Encephalitis

Objetive To observe the clinical efficiency of Xingnaojing Injection in patients with viral encephalitis.Methods Ninety-two patients were equivalently divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(42 cases).Beside given routine treatment in all patients,the patients in treatment group were given Xingnaojing Zhusheye 20 ml+0.9%NS 100ml iv drip,bid,for 15 days.Results After one course of treatment,there were significant difference in the curative rate (75.0% vs 34.4% P<0.01) between treatment group and control group.Comparison of effects between treatment group and control group by Ridit analysis was singni ficantly different (P<0.01).Conclusion Xingnaojing Zhusheye is an effective and safety medicine in adjuvant treatment viral encephalitis.
