实验性癫痫大鼠不同脑区亮－脑啡肽含量变化的动态观察

本文采用戊四氮（ＰＴＺ）诱发大鼠癫痫模型，动态观察了脑组织中额叶、海马、丘脑、下丘脑、中脑及纹状体中亮－脑啡肽（Ｌ－Ｅｎｋ）含量的变化。结果发现，应用ＰＴＺ后，癫痫大发作大鼠及未出现大发作的大鼠额叶、丘脑、中脑及纹状体中Ｌ－Ｅｎｋ含量均明显升高，两组间无明显差异；但大发作大鼠下丘脑的Ｌ－Ｅｎｋ含量显著高于对照组及无大发作组。大发作后６小时内，额叶、中脑、丘脑及下丘脑的Ｌ－Ｅｎｋ恢复至正常，而纹状体中Ｌ－Ｅｎｋ于２４小时内恢复至正常；海马的Ｌ－Ｅｎｋ含量各组间无明显变化。提示Ｌ－Ｅｎｋ可能参与了癫痫的发生过程

Changes of Leu Enkephalin in brain of pentylenetetrazol kindled rats.

The level of Leu Enkephalin(L Enk) in several brain areas was estimated in pentylenetetrazol kindled rats which were divided into convulsive group and non convulsive group.The time of L Enk recovery to control values after convulsion was also observed.The result showed that both groups had an elevated level of L Enk in mesencephalon,striatum,thalamus and frontal cortex.No difference was found between non convulsive group and convulsive group in the four brain areas above,but the L Enk content of hypothalamus in convulsive group was higher than that in non convulsive group.After convulsion,the time of L Enk recovery to control values in frontal cortex,hypothalamus,thalamus,mesencephalon and striatum were 6h and 24h respectively.This experiment suggests that the increased level of L Enk may play a role in epilepsy.
