| 桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿性关节炎36例临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察桂枝芍药知母汤对类风湿性关节炎临床疗效。方法：将69例活动期类风湿性关节炎患者随机分组,治疗组采用桂枝芍药知母汤加减结合甲氨喋呤（MTX）治疗,对照组单采用MTX治疗。结果：治疗组临床总有效率为88.89%,对照组总有效率为63.63%,两者差异具有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论：桂枝芍药知母汤加减结合MTX治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效要明显优于单用MTX治疗,对类风湿性关节炎活动期功能改善效果肯定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of rheumatoid arthritis treated by Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction.Methods:69 patients of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The former were given Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and MTX,while the latter were only treated by MTX.Results:The total effenciency of the treatment group was 88.89%,and that of the other group 63.63%.The difference had apparent signifiance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction along with MTX has obviously superior clinical curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis to that only treated by MTX,and has evidently functional improvement in the active period of rheumatoid arthritis. |
