柴胡疏肝散对早期肝硬化肝纤维化血清学指标的影响

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散对肝气郁结型早期肝硬化肝纤维化血清学指标的影响。方法:100例随机分为两组各50例,两组均休息、病因治疗(抗病毒、戒酒、驱虫等)并口服还原型谷胱甘肽片,治疗组加服柴胡疏肝散,12周为一疗程。治疗前后用放射免疫法检查血清肝纤维化指标透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(IV-C)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PcⅢ)、层黏蛋白(LN)。结果:两组肝纤维化血清学指标均较治疗前降低(P0.05),但治疗组降低明显大于对照组(P0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散对早期肝硬化肝纤维化血清学指标具有显著的影响。

Effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder on Liver Fibrosis Serum Markers of Earlier Liver Cirrhosis

Objective ：To observe the effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder on liver fibrosis serum markers of stagnation of the liver - qi type of earlier liver cirrhosis. Method：100 cases were divided in 2 groups evenly in random ,50 cases in each group. Both groups were with rest, with etio- logical treatment （ anti - virus, abstinence, deworming, etc） and with reduced glutathione tablet by oral administration. The study group were treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder in addition, 12 weeks as one course of treatment. The liver fibrosis serum markers, HA, Ⅳ - C, Pc Ⅲ, LN, were detec- ted by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment. Result ： The liver fibrosis serum markers of both groups decreased of post - treatment than that of pre - treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）, but that of the study group decreased more than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chaihu Shugan Powder has significant effect on liver fibrosis serum markers of earlier liver cirrhosis.
