无牙颌种植义齿修复方式探讨

种植体在无牙颌修复中的应用可显著改善义齿的修复效果，提高患者的满意度。为促进无牙颌种植修复技术的推广与合理应用，本文基于现有临床报道与基础研究结果，针对下颌无牙颌种植修复和上颌无牙颌种植修复两部分内容，就无牙颌种植修复中种植体数量与位置的选择、种植体上部结构的设计等问题进行探讨，目的在于为临床医生选择修复方案提供引导。

Treatment plan for restoring the edentulous with implant-supported dentures

Application of implants in restoration of edentulous will significantly improve the treatment outcome as well as the patients＇ satisfaction. For maxillary and mandible edentulous, the author introduced the locating of implant sites as well as the amount of implant, and the design of the abutment, based on the evidence from clinical trials and the basic researches. The objectives of this article were to present the guidance for the clinicians to make treatment option for edentulous patients.
