前列腺素E1联合糖皮质激素治疗乙型重型肝炎的临床效果分析

目的探讨前列腺素E1联合糖皮质激素治疗乙型重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2005年10月至2011年10月收治的60例重症肝炎的患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规药物与激素联合治疗,实验组为对照组药物联合前列腺素E1治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗后,凝血酶原活动度明显上升,临床症状好转率达85.71%,各指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺素E1联合激素治疗乙型重型肝炎效果较好,值得推广。

Analysis of clinical effect of prostaglandin E1 combined hormone therapy of severe hepatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of prostaglandin E1 combined with hormone treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods 60 cases of severe hepatitis patients admitted to our hospital from October 2005 to October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,control group were treated with conventional drugs and hormone therapy,the experimental group patients in the control group on the basis of prostaglandin E1 treatment were compared to patient outcomes.Results The experimental group were treated with combination therapy,the prothrombin time increased significantly improved rate of 85.71%,the index compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The prostaglandin E1 and hormone treatment of severe hepatitis can achieve better therapeutic effect,it is worth in clinical applications.
