经直肠超声对前列腺癌的诊断价值

目的 通过分析经直肠超声(TRUS)检查前列腺癌的声像图特点,结合其他临床资料,以提高对该病的诊断价值.方法 34例前列腺癌患者全部接受经直肠指检、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、经腹腔常规二维超声检查后,行TRUS检查,后与经直肠前列腺6点+可疑区域穿刺活检结果或手术病理结果相对照,回顾性总结分析声像图特征.结果 34例患者中,TRUS对该病的检出率可达88.2%,30例患者超声检查后诊断为前列腺癌,漏诊两例,其余两例误诊为前列腺增生结节.结论 TRUS,高频超声探头,近场分辨率高,图像明显优于经腹超声,可作为前列腺疾病的常规检查方法,对前列腺癌的诊断和疗效追踪等都具有不可替代的诊断价值.

Value of transrectal ulrasound in diagnosis of prostate carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate carcinoma.Methods Rectal touch,serum prostatic specific antigen(PSA),transabdominal ultrasonography and TRUS were performed in 34 patients with suspected prostate carcinoma and compared with sextant biopsy as well as 1 ～ 2 additional suspected lesion biopsies.The clinical data were reviewed retrospectively.Results Transrectal ultrasound showed 30 cases of prostate cancer out of 34 patients,the sensitivity of transrectal ultrasound in diagnosing prostate carcinoma was 88.2%,2 cases missed diagnosis,2 cases misdiagnosed prostate hyperplastic nodule.Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound is better than transabdominal ultrasonography,it can be an important method in the diagnosis of prostate carcinoma,which can increase the detection rate of prostate malignant tumor.
