| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年高血压的特点和治疗方法。方法选取2009年1月至2011年6月收治的95例老年高血压患者的血压特点、临床表现及合并症等方面进行研究观察,并根据老年人自身的特点制定个性化治疗方案。结果高血压在老年人中发病率高、控制率低,临床症状更明显,但通过针对性的预防及治疗措施,血压控制较为满意。结论老年高血压以收缩压升高为主,降压治疗在降低心脑血管事件中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristics and treatment methods of senile hypertension 2009January to 2011 June.Methods 95 cases of elderly patients with hypertension blood pressure characteristics,clinical manifestations and complications of observation,and according to the characteristics of elderly people with individualized treatment programs.Results Hypertension in the elderly with high incidence,low rate of control,clinical symptoms obviously,but through targeted prevention and treatment measures,blood pressure control is satisfactory.Conclusion Elderly hypertension with elevated systolic blood pressure,antihypertensive treatment in reducing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events play an important role in. |
