经鼻内镜腺样体切除对儿童分泌性中耳炎听力的影响

目的 分析并评价采用腺样体切除治疗儿童内分泌性中耳炎的临床应用价值.方法 将我院自2009年12月至2011年10月期间收治的内分泌性中耳炎患者182例随机分成两组,其中观察组91例实施经鼻内镜腺样体切除术,对照组91例实施保守治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率以及治疗后患者不同频率听阈改变程度.结果 观察组的总有效率优于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组经治疗后不同频率听阈显著提高,治疗前与治疗后相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用鼻内镜下腺样体切除手术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎具有疗效理想,术后并发症少以及能够明显提高患者的生活质量等优点,提倡在临床上广泛推广并应用.

Transnasal endoscopic adenoidectomy for children with secretory otitis media hearing

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical value of endocrine treatment of children with otitis media adenoidectomy.Methods 182 cases of endocrine otitis media patients admitted to hospital from December 2009 to October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,which observed 91 cases of the implementation of adenoid resection of nasal endoscopic control group of 91 patients conservative treatment,the comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the incidence of complications and the treatment of patients with different frequency hearing threshold degree of change.Results The observation group there was always more efficient than the control group,two groups the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance,complication rate of the observation group than the control group,two groups a significant difference(P<0.05),statistically significant,observation group after treatment at different frequencies hearing thresholds significantly increased before treatment and after treatment,a significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The advantages of intranasal endoscopic adenoidectomy surgical treatment of children with secretory otitis media efficacy ideal,fewer complications,and can significantly improve the patient’s quality of life,promote widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
