益气活血化痰法对医院获得性肺炎患者炎症细胞因子的影响

目的:观察益气活血化痰法对医院获得性肺炎患者炎症细胞因子的影响.方法:60例医院获得性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用静滴参麦注射液50 mL、丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液30 mg,日1次,并痰热清注射液20 mL,日1次,治疗7d后测定两组患者治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、肾上腺髓质素(ADM)、降钙素(PCT)的含量.结果:治疗组CRP、ADM、PCT含量明显降低,与治疗前、对照组比较均有显著的统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论:益气活血化痰法配合西医治疗医院获得性肺炎能明显降低患者CRP、ADM、PCT水平,有利于保护脏器功能.

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Method on Inflammatory Cytokines of Patients with Hospital Acquired Pneumonia

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Method on inflammatory cytokines of patients with hospital acquired pneumonia.Methods: 60 cases of hospital acquired pneumonia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment;in addition to the routine therapy,the treatment group was treated with intravenous drip of Shenmai injection 50 mL,A sulfonic acid natrium injection 30mg once a day,and Tanreqing Injection 20 mL once a day.C reactive protein(CRP),adrenal medulla hormone(ADM),calcitonin(PCT) content in two groups 7d after the treatment were measured before and after treatment.Results: ADM CRP,PCT content in the treatment group decreased significantly,compared with those before the treatment and the control group,there were significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Method combined with Western medicine for patients with hospital acquired pneumonia can significantly reduce levels of CRP,ADM and PCT,is conducive to the protection of organ function.
